An approachable and well structured deeply flavoured red wine. Pairs well with pork, beef, medium-bodied cheeses, and good friends!

Frisky Beaver Blushing Beaver
Winemaker’s Notes
Calling Blushing Beaver “food-friendly” is sort of like calling ketchup “burger-friendly” but in this case, it’s not totally wrong. Blushing Beaver falls in between the extremes of red and white - less intense than a big, tannic, mouth-busting red, but with more depth than a super-light white. Just make sure you give it time to chill before drinking (like you would with a white wine). Red fruit and floral aromas dominate the nose, while strawberry rhubarb coats the palate. It’s the perfect barbecue wine, the perfect beach wine, and the perfect picnic wine, but it’s also the perfect sitting-around-watching-TV wine.

Frisky Beaver Norfolk Frisky White
Winemaker’s Notes
The majority of the grapes were sourced from vineyards in Niagara, some from the vineyards we manage in Norfolk.
