Luckily for you and us, it doesn't really matter - no bullish!t about where the grapes came from, what you should eat it with, etc. Anyways, you get the picture, let's face it, it's pretty amazing that we even got that done!

Frisky Beaver Marvelous Marquette
Estate Grown, Single Vineyard 100% Norfolk Marquette
Winemaker’s Notes
Often blended away, we’re giving this marvelous grape it’s time in the spotlight. Grown in Norfolk County, this Marquette was fermented and aged in stainless steel to allow the wines characteristics to show through. A unique medium-bodied red wine with a smooth finish and soft tannins. Jammy flavours and a hint of pepper and spice give this wine the perfect balance of fruity and bold.

NOSE – White pepper, honey coated strawberry and plum
MOUTH – Black currant, blackberry and hints of blueberry on the palette, medium-bodied with a smooth finish.
Frisky Beaver Blushing Beaver
Winemaker’s Notes
Calling Blushing Beaver “food-friendly” is sort of like calling ketchup “burger-friendly” but in this case, it’s not totally wrong. Blushing Beaver falls in between the extremes of red and white - less intense than a big, tannic, mouth-busting red, but with more depth than a super-light white. Just make sure you give it time to chill before drinking (like you would with a white wine). Red fruit and floral aromas dominate the nose, while strawberry rhubarb coats the palate. It’s the perfect barbecue wine, the perfect beach wine, and the perfect picnic wine, but it’s also the perfect sitting-around-watching-TV wine.
Tasting Notes
SIGHT – Peach, salmon, and pink
NOSE – Red fruit and floral aromas dominate the nose
MOUTH – Wild strawberry rhubarb coats the palate
