Winemaker’s Notes
Primarily aged in oak with a portion aged in a combination of French and American oak, which softens the tannins and polishes the mouthfeel. An approachable and well structured deeply flavoured red wine. Pairs well with pork, beef, medium-bodied cheeses, and good friends!
Tasting Notes
SIGHT - Vibrant red garnet.
NOSE - Aromas of black cherry, blackberry, and spice on the nose accented by notes of oak with more juicy berries on the finish.
