Breakage & Freezing Policy

Despite careful packaging, breakage or freezing can occasionally occur. If you receive a package with broken bottles, please contact us immediately. We will require your order number and details of the breakage including photo evidence of the broken bottles as well as the shipping label affixed to the box to be eligible for refund or replacement.

Frozen bottles: Congratulations, you have a wine slushie! Seriously, freezing wine if anything improves the taste. This is what is called cold stabilization and is a part of winemaking. If your bottle does not break, damage the screw cap, or push out the cork, it's all good! Please note we are not responsible for breakage or freezing that occurs after delivery.
